Celebrate your special day with a simple and personalized marriage ceremony. Magnolia Signature Services provides professional officiant services for civil marriages and intimate elopements throughout Panama City, Panama City Beach, and Bay County. Whether you're exchanging vows at home, on the beach, in a park, or at another meaningful location, I'm honored to help make your ceremony memorable. This service includes a pre-ceremony consultation, officiating your marriage ceremony, completion of the officiant's certification, secure return of your executed marriage license to the Clerk of Court for official recording, and guidance on what to expect after your ceremony.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your time slot. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for providing accurate appointment details, including location and document requirements. Travel fees may apply based on distance. Valid identification is required for all notarizations. Magnolia Signature Services reserves the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met. By booking, you agree to these terms.
