Your Magnolia Appointment Includes ✔ Mobile travel within our standard service area ✔ Up to 2 signers ✔ Appointment up to 90 minutes ✔ Professional loan signing services ✔ Secure handling of loan documents ✔ Timely return of completed documents when required Additional Services Available Extended travel outside our standard service area, Priority same-day appointments, Large document printing (when required) Before Your Appointment To help ensure your signing goes smoothly, please have: Valid government-issued photo identification for each signer All required borrowers present Any documents provided by your title company or lender available, if applicable Important Information Loan documents should not be signed prior to your appointment unless specifically instructed by your title company or lender.
