All appointments may require full payment at the time of booking. By scheduling a service, you agree to our pricing and cancellation policies.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

5. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for ensuring all documents are complete and accurate prior to notarization. We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.

6. Limitation of Liability
Magnolia Signature Services LLC is not liable for delays, errors, or rejections caused by incomplete or incorrect documents, or delays from government agencies.
