How to Prepare for Your Mobile Notary Appointment

Booking a mobile notary means the notary comes to you, but there are still a few things you can do before the appointment to make the process easier.

📄 Have your documents ready

Have all documents requiring notarization available when the notary arrives. Keep them organized and make sure you have any additional pages or paperwork that go with them.

🪪 Have your identification available

Be prepared to present acceptable identification for the notarization. Your notary will need to establish your identity before proceeding.

✍️ Have all required signers present

Anyone who needs to personally appear and sign before the notary should be present for the appointment.

🚫 Don't sign too early

If your document requires notarization, wait to sign it until you're with the notary unless you've been specifically instructed otherwise.

🌸 Let the notary bring the rest

That's the convenience of a mobile notary.

At Magnolia Signature Services, I bring my professional notary supplies and equipment directly to your location throughout Panama City and Bay County.

A little preparation on your end helps me make your appointment as smooth as possible.

You prepare. I come to you. We take care of the rest.
